Lol god knows!?! I don't know much about appeals but whats the "call letter"?sophia20 wrote:IA I hope it's over ASAP.
Appeal was allowed on the 20th of Jan but my wife still hasn't had a call letter. I've chased them quite a few times and this is the most recent response:
'Allowed determination received under process for further enquiries checks'
What else could they possibly be processing/checking?
Probably HMRC to see that employment is still ongoing and that circumstances have not changed since the refusal.AHMED.46001 wrote: IA I hope it's over ASAP.

I have been silent visitor since I have re-applied in Feb. Finally today my husband has received his visa!!!!!!!!!!. I am over the moon . I can't wait to see him now. This time I didn't use any Lawyer and did the case myself and it turned out to be positive. Thank you to all those who has helped me and I wish everyone all the very best. Please do not make any judgement until you have received your visa. I only received one email.(no call or text message) Please keep faith in Allah. All the very best to you all.
Not that I'm aware ofshfh7815 wrote:Is mirpur gerry office taking a fee at the time of handing in the application??...I heard they are taking £56?
Thanks for the response ALKB. Much appreciated. We still meet the requirements but it's almost like submitting a new application after winning the appeal. Infact it's taking longer than people who made a new application. I don't think there is anyone left who applied in January.ALKB wrote:Probably HMRC to see that employment is still ongoing and that circumstances have not changed since the refusal.AHMED.46001 wrote: IA I hope it's over ASAP.

The appeal only looks at the decision made at the time, if you no longer qualify, they can refuse again. My sister-in-law had to submit current payslips and bank statements to show that she still earned enough before the visa was granted after appeal.
Yes they are taking a fee of £56 or £59 at the time of application i think its coming into place sometime this month.shfh7815 wrote:Is mirpur gerry office taking a fee at the time of handing in the application??...I heard they are taking £56?
I think BHC asked for her current Payslips and bank statements about 6 weeks after the appeal was allowed and then it took a few more weeks until they asked her husband to submit his passport. So, about two and a half months from appeal to call letter. Getting the visa issued took around two weeks then.AHMED.46001 wrote:

Any ideas how long it took for your sis-in-law from the time after appeal to the time she got a stamped passport?
Did she submit the payslips, etc herself or did they ask for them?
Thanks
Inshallah I hope you will see your wife soon. I will make dua for you allasif_sharif wrote:haaifiza87 wrote:Hello Everyone,
