Over the 12 months from may14-may15 I have earned £21.728. But 2 of my wage slips are below £1550 due to not doing overtime Bcus I was on leave to see my family. My actual salary without overtime is £18,000. My p60 shows over the threshold to. Should I submit 12 months slips, or 6 months?

The overtime is continuos and with my job its roughly 15-20 hours extra per week.

Thanks
Ok simple answer to this is your pay for at least 6 months
Needs to be consistent it cannot go below 1550 at any cost
They will refuse you if it does and it dosent work on yearly
Even if u earn for eg 3000 first month, 6300 2nd month
3rd month you earn 600 they will refuse you
Hi my pay from February 2015-July 2015 will be consistent with minimum of £2000 each month...( I will wait until July so that at least 6 months are consistent)
Should I submit from July 14-july 15 even though in December and January my wage is lower than £1550.?
My employer has provided me with a letter advising overtime is available throughout the year.. they will also provide a letter confirming my earnings over £18,600 from the period July 14-july 15. If this makes sense, I'm really confused.
Messaged u check in box

You should be hopefully hearing back from them very soon..
With some applications their further checks take some time to come back through depending on what information they are waiting for. Just keep faith and in Shaa Allah all will go well.
You can also ask for the case to be escalated using the ukvi enquiry form if they have gone over their timescale

By studying the photo of the letter you have uploaded it does seem that they have withdrawn the appeal most likely on the basis that they have reviewed the file and decided that they would be looking to grant the visa.

Most people I have spoken to and forums I have read this is a positive thing... I would like to suggest that just to be on the safe side that you call the bhc and ask for update just to ensure that these are the reasons. Normally a note would be flagged up and they would write to yourselves requesting either the passport or further docs just to make sure everything is still the same and you meet the criteria. .. from there grant within roughly a few weeks.

Good luck and hope you have a positive outcome

Why dont you contact UKVI and ask them for clarification?

If this is the only letter they sent you then they need to clarify what they mean!

Has anyone who applied in March got decisions yet?

My wife applied in March 17 in Islamabad and no decision yet. According to their website 45% decided within 30 working days! I contacted them but her case is still even not been opened by eco!

If yur last 6 months pay is consistent i.e above 1550 gross pm then i cant see a problem. Yu just need to submit yur last 6 payslips along with yur employer letter stating salary is above 18600 yu dont need any other payslips.

Where did you get this information from?

Spouse visas can be refused for soooooooooooooooooooooooo many reasons.
TIMELINE

Spouse Visa (Entry Clearance) granted on 20-02-15
FLR-M (Extension) granted on 24-08-17
ILR (SET-M) not due until 2020

Exactly ... there could be many reasons the home office can decide to withdraw and later refuse again the visa...
As mentioned before salma123aslam should give the home office a call first to ask reasons for appeal withdrawal and just keep faith and do dua.
In Shaa Allah everything will work out for them.

Hi,

Any one applied in March and received the visa yet?

I tried to track my application via email to Uk visa and immigration. But they replied they have not received such application yet. I applied in march.
Why they dont have my application?

Secondly, I have heard that if you enquire about your application within 3 months period, they get suspicious about you and delay the processesing. Is it so? Does our enquiry about application status impact our visa process

firstly i would check if you got the reference number correct in the email you sent them. if not then take a look at the gerry's receipt, that will definitely have it on there. as long as you have the receipt that proves you submitted it, that's half the battle. try emailing again. if they still can't find it might be worth giving them a call to chase up.

re your second question. unfortunately when people are awaiting decisions such as these they begin to engage in hearsay. with the greatest of respect the idea that it is suspicious that you are inquiring after three months is laughable. i wouldn't worry about it. enquire about the application, but don't harass them!

I would suggest submitting all 12 months payslips along with p60 and a letter from employer confirming your earned income. Also it would be best if the employer can state that the overtime is guarnteed and is part of yur contract beacuse without this you will fall below the threshold and this could possibly cause a refusal. I recommend yu consult with a solicitor and also read the guidelines on ukvi website regarding ways of meeting financial threshold.
Thank you will they not make an issue if two of the wage slips are below £1550.
Im in the same boat aswell only 1 of my wage slips is below the financial threshold as I took unpaid leave to get married back in january and this was on Feb 2015 wage slip I didn't want to use all my holidays up. I dunno what to do my overall salary is £20,724 pa with a full time job and also part time job, plus ive got cash savings that family members put in my account back in december which was £18,500 as a wedding gift i havent touched that its been about 6 months!
