App Submitted: 12/06/2012
Forwarded to BHC: 25/06/2012
RFC: 15/11/2012
Visa Granted: 19/11/2012

Thanks to everyone for your Duas & Support.

I will make Dua for evryone that they hear something soon.

My wife was told she will have to travel within 28 days please can someone confirm she will have to travel to the UK in this period as I am unable to go until the 06/01/2012. Unable to get leave from work.

yay congrats! well actually the applicant has 3 months to come to the UK. But people come asap, it saves the days in case you need to go back to Pakistan in future.

Could I just ask what did you submit in terms of employment paperwork?

first of all congratulations brother on the visa.

secondly ask your wife to check the length of the visa. it is normally 27 months so she has three months to travel form the date the vida is issued.

Jazakallah,

I submitted the following,

Employment confirmation letter ( provided by the HR department)
6 Months Wage Slips.
P60 for 2011
I also submitted a salary confirmation letter as I had a payrise and this just confirmed what my annual salary was.

congrates bro for getting ur wife's visa cheers, in the morning u posted that ur wife told u that there are lot of people waiting in jerries for passport collection when ur wife went to collect her's, can u plz confirm what was the ratio, how many people were hearing the good news and how many sad faces she saw specifically for spouse visa ??? No babes... Call them. Speak to the sec I did an email never heard nothing so I spoke with his sec and she was most helpful. Please call them again it's worth a shot.... There's alot of people moaning about waiting times... Or they haven't seen their child in a few months or even a year... But that's nothing compared to your partner, who wasn't even here.... Inshallah everything will go well for you. Allah is watching. Just stay strong. He will get here its just a case of when my love... Seriously make sure you contact your mp again by phone tmr. Ok..... You should come to Facebook. We have a ladies only area if ever you need to talk we are always there....
