We submitted the docs on the 19th May.

Do they go through each application in date order? If they do, I'll be waiting till early August by the looks of it.

Great. I'm going to Pakistan in July and coming back August 20th, was hoping to come back with the husband... Hopefully we'll hear something well before.

I emailed them and they replied with this "I have found that the application has been referred to another
authority for enquiries or a final decision. Your visa application centre
or the entry clearance officer (ECO) will contact you once a decision has
been made or, if necessary, during the consideration of your application. "

How long before I get a decision do u think?

By the sound of it .. it looks like they have requested croydon to obtain and do further checks .. this is quite normal and turn around is normally quite fast so can be anything from a few days to week probably.

When we request an update, their reply is usually in a standard format with a little bit change according to your application status.
There is always a paragraph in update email as follows:

" Though we try our best to complete the visa application process in 15 working days, each application is subject to an individual assessment and processing times may vary, hence applicants are requested to be patient and wait for the processing to be completed. You can check how long you'll have to wait for a decision on your visa application in your country (if you applied from outside the UK) by entering your details at the following
link: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisat ... on/about/a
bout-our-services Please note that the actual processing times may vary depending on a range of factors."

What does this mean that applications are processed within 15 working days?

What this is referring to is non settlement visas (visitor visa)
The next paragraph then explains settlement visas timescale % 12 weeks & 24 weeks and that this vary according to different factors.

Normal annoying transcript

Don't worry keep strong and keep faith
You should hopefully hear back roughly like last week of June in Shaa Allah.

Ramadan will give you the strength to have patience and utilise your time doing plenty of dua for success

Bro, you need to have sabr. Trust in Allah and you'll be fine. Looking at your timeline, your 12 weeks are up soon, inshaAllah you'll get a response in the next week or two.
Sajjaduk is right, Ramadhan will be a major blessing for those of us that are waiting, take advantage of this month.
