The visa holder just needs to bring their expired TB certificate with them to the uk and present it to the entry officer if requested

Then luckily you have got a 33 month visa and that's for sure
As I just checked up and a 30 day sticker would be valid for 30 days and the BRP card one would get when they reach uk is which would have the remaining time written on it
So it's strange but lucky at the same time
Thanx sajjad.
I have one question,do we now need to retake a TB test again? (before travelling as the old one may expire before he arrives here).
You will need a Valid TB test certificate to show to immigration officer at airport. If your test is expired, take a new one.

@shaf1234

Appendix T (the Appendix to the Immigration Rules on TB screening). “Migrants applying to enter the UK for more than 6 months from the countries listed below must present at the time of application a valid medical certificate issued by a medical practitioner listed in Part 2 of this Appendix confirming that they have undergone screening for active pulmonary tuberculosis and that such tuberculosis is not present in the applicant.” (again, “at the time of application” means at the time you submit your visa application or, in legal terms, at the time you pay your visa processing fees).

A copy of my British passport
A copy of my National insurance number

We also submitted a log of skype calls which we made after i left for the UK.

That's all that i can remember on the top of my head, will Insha'Allah update if i forgot anything.

Borther first of All Ma sha Allah and so happy for you guys. May Allah grant you successfull and happy life from here on.

Quick question to help every one, did you put down that your marriage was arranged? Because when i applied first my application was refused purely becasue we did not include skype/ whats app msges. But we included 100 pics, invitations, marriage cert tickets etc.

Its purely to help other people to understand.

Salaam Brother,

I didn't mention anything that it was arranged, I only sent one letter with my application stating that I have a job when i started, for how long i am working, that i own my house when i bought it and got married to my wife on the following dates, and the first time I met her where we got engaged.

and yes forgot to mention that i also sent the wedding invitations in the application too

Hope this helps

@nasir631

I would suggest escalate or call the enquiry line
The email is nothing but a standard auto generated email
Your application would be almost concluded don't worry and don't go by their email as it means nothing
Looking at your bio date you should be due a decision any day soon in shaa Allah

Salaam,

The Visa is stamped for 30 days, it was stamped on the 3rd July, She got a processed email on the 6th July and then she got a call on the 7th from the Gerry's office to come and collect her passport.

She has not mentioned about getting a second email for collection.

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status of your application and found
that your application has not yet been assessed by an Entry Clearance
Officer (ECO). Each application is assessed individually and processing
times may vary, hence applicants are requested to be patient whilst
processing is completed. Your visa application centre or the entry
clearance officer (ECO) will contact you once a decision has been made or,
if necessary, during the consideration of your application.

We strongly recommend all applicants not to book and pay for flight tickets
and/or accommodation until you receive your passport. This is when you
will find out if you got the visa or not

Documents Submitted @ Mirpur: 27/05/15
Documents Received BHC ISB: 28/05/15
Processed Email Received Wating
Can any one Explain ?

Give them another 2 weeks roughly by then they would have atleast done the pre assessment and online verification
At the moment your on week 6
The email is standard so don't worry
It's just advising wait really and not to make plans until you get your passport and you know the outcome

Salaam Nasir - our timelines are very similar.
I applied online 21/5 and submitted paperwork at mirpur 23/5 so just a week apart.

We should be hearing around the same time. I last asked for an update on 26/6 and got a reply saying that eco had not yet assessed app.

By the way things are going i believe we should receive a reply week beginning 17 August which unfortunately is a few weeks away yet...but just keep praying, may well herlar back sooner. :)

Congrats to those who have received visas and i hope everyone else gets their visas soon. You're all in my duas. Allah knows best :)
