Salaam, Wife got a txt, for RFC, she'll be going to Lahore tomorrow (30/11/2012) and we'll find out the Visa has been granted or not.... However, I will keep everyone posted....

Alhumdulillah - Visa has been granted.

Got my RFC yesterday but I'm not one for jumping the gun so kept that piece of information for myself ;)

She found out about half an hour ago.

Timeline for those interested:

Submitted: 27/06/2012
RFC: 28/11/2012
Collected / Granted: 29/11/2012

Visa accepted. Rfc was 27/11/12. Collected today. Mashallah sooo happy.
Visa had been on it since 26th.
Good luck with all still waiting.

asalam o alikam im submitted my file on25/06/12 but still waiting. My friend which is sub mitted his file on the same date he got visa on 15/11/12 but i m waiting and hope the good result has been come soon inshallah.

Wife got here 2 weeks ago, was stopped at airport for questions, called me for afew questions and then let her through.

stress over.

she was asked all sorts. husbands name, when we got married. what i did, etc... she was taken to interview room. they came out to ask me what my name was, where i was born, what i did.. and then they let her go..
Quite unusual and it peed me off, but they were friendly and let her go after speaking to me.

A close friend of mine who applied from Islamabad on 26 June 2012 received his visa today. Fingers crossed for the rest of us.

Place of Submission: Karachi
Application Under Process at BHC: 5th November 2012
RFC Received: TBC
Visa Granted: InshaAllah Soon.

Will appreciate if more people can post their timeline from Karachi.

Don't worry guys, you July guys will hear anyday now. My husband was informed UK time in the morning, very early.

We applied 5th July and got a response exactly 5 months later.

Applied on 05/07/12 frm Mirpur, apps been under process since 18/07/12. Been exactly 5 months today, still havent heard anything. No mirpur applicants seem to be getting any RFCs. Whats going on? Pray that Inshallah we get good news soon!
