Help needed urgently my husband will be travelling on tues 11th but his tb test is now over 6 months old does he need a new 1 or will it be ok?

This question has been answered so many time.....but anyways you dont need a valid tb certificate to enter uk just take the expired one it l b ok...

Hello everyone,

Been following this post for a while now.

Applied : 06/12/12 from Karachi VAC

Updates: Bit of a conflict here so if any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Got a text message to say my application had been forwarded to Islamabad BHC but the Gerry's website says it has been forwarded to Islamabad OC.
So don't exactly know if its in Islamabad or Abu Dhabi

are you sure that you applied in spouse visa category and not PBS dependent category? This thread is for Spouse Visa Timeline only.

I am applying for a spouse visa and have the following documentation can someone please add if I require anymore

Mortgage Statement
Council Tax letter
12month wage slips
3months bank statements
Letter of accommodation
Pictures
Land Registry
Contract of employment
Letter of emplyment?

I applied from Mirpur on 28/06 and I havent got a response yet.
Application qent under process on 12/07...
So frustrating haven't heard anything. I dont know what's going on!

I also submitted app in Mirpur on 28/06 and have not heard anything still. 6 months for us is up on 28/12 and I have not received anything.

I don't know what they are doing with applications in Mirpur, they must be eating them or something coz seems like a fat chance we are gona hear anything this week or next!

I hope visa is granted soon inshallah...

Perhaps it would be a good idea for people to say if they applied with or without using a firm of Solicitors? Is there a difference for when one is used or not?
