I would say that you gave had real bad luck I can't beilieve that they think 14 years is not enough to show you are married. May I ask whee did you two live before you came to the uk 3 years back.?meena1234 wrote:Like I said the reasons for refusal were a total farce
After submitting all documents of marriage, they stated that our 14 year marriage was not subsisting
When we challenged that in front of the judge the Eco happily concluded that he had no argument but when we applied afresh because we had to justify the second reason of refusal , our application was rejected again stating again that our marraige was not "subsisting"
Of course our second application had a reference of the first application
Just shows what kind of donkeys are sitting there
I will b so glad when this is over
I don't mean to dishearten any1 but guys I pray that u don't have the bad luck I had and Plz pray that this gets over soon for us
Do you think I should give ait a call or is it soon cos march 19 is the deadline given and who else can I contact/email for an update
Kindly send email / number
I know about AIT being behind as they told me... When j called.meena1234 wrote:Hi
Thanks for the reply
After coming here in 2010 we lived in Pak and before that we were living in Saudi
Because my first case was handled by a relative he didn't put too much of a consideration in it but that appeal went through a solicitor who is pretty renowned and appears on telly also, so it's not a case of having a good solicitor , more of fate I guess
This time the effort was solely mine and through a "better " solicitor and the docs as u can guess were top rank with papers from the mp and my daughters head teacher attached
That's y I implore u guys please pray that this issue can settle soon after the hols even though they have given a deadline in march
What do u mean when u say the tribunal are seven weeks behind
Are they behind in sending ur docs to the Eco or are the Eco are behind
Can u kindly tell me where u got this info from
Thanks
