Will this be ok?
I'm not too sure but I think it would be okay as long as your employer verified it but then again they may want proof

And regards to your 2nd question

The first £16,000 of savings are not considered and the spouse visa is for 2.5 years

So your shortfall is £5,100 x 2.5 = £12,750 + £16,000= £28,750 so u need that in savings
Thank you for ur help.

Hi,

I have been a silent reader on this forum for a while and am now starting to get paperwork together in order to submit my husbands application. I was under the impression he would be able to get his TB test done from any hospital/doctors but seems like it has to be from a uk approved centre.

Does anyone know of the telephone number/ email address to book the test? Also is there a centre in mirpur and what would my husband need to take with him on his appointment?

Thank you :)

If you can't get through to someone on the number, (it's very busy) it'll be easier and quicker to email them. When you call the the voice message will give you the email address. E-mail requesting an appointment and they'll reply back with all the details.

According to uk.gov for visa processing time Lahore is slowest with only 57% applications for settlement decided in 12 weeks, whereas Islamabad, Mirpur and Karachi were much quicker with above 70% applications decided within 12 weeks. That was for June hope they have picked up some pace in July.

Let's hope and pray we all get the good news we await so badly.

Remember me in your Dua's

Online application 10th may 2015
Biometric and docs 13th may 2015
20th July 2015 "application under progress"
Wait continues ......

Even if they are cash gifts? They still need to be in my acct 4 6months or the person giving them to me it has to be in their acct 4 6months.

To be honest I think you should be hearing something very soon. You said 1st may right.... So your 12 weeks are already over infact 13 weeks I guess.

The processing time I posted was for June only and doesn't mean your file will definitely be delayed. I hope you hear a fab news soon.

I'm at the exact same situation as you. Chased for update on 28th they said it's been processed. Missus went to gerrys this morning and they said it's not arrived so beat to sit and wait for the text or call
Did u get a processed email from BHC

Got the email from the enquiry service on 28th documents haven't arrived at gerrys yet
