Hi I have a quick question about document verification

When verifying things like overtime and employment contracts how do ukba go about it?

As per my knowledge,this means your application is on ECO desk as soon as he will complete his basic checks he will update status on system .
Sometime they only update once they complete case and make decision.
I would suggest you to esclate the case in order to get latest stage.normaly after 7 weeks basic checks get completed.

No u don't need to pay for an escalation u just email them and say u would like to escalate the case then they will send u a form and u just send them the relevant info, and u send the email the same way u ask for an update

They will call your employer, ask them for this,and match wages slips with bank account deposit figures. before these thing they will verify your company from HM Revenue

They don't call employer only on certain circumstances, they just check with hmrc

I have outlined this in detail in the past
What happens is that there comes a point during the application process when the status is taken off the system for a short period ... this is normally when online checks are taking place.

When you message ukvi or call them they have no update to give at this point but can only escalate which is not worth the effort as all it would come back with us online verification conducted ...

Best thing to do is be patient and give it another week and in Shaa Allah by then they will have a update to give you which would most likely be in queue for eco.

It's standard protocol which I've discussed previously with the enquiry service management

Submitted..21st may 2015
Few updates in between last one was three
Days ago

This case in the queue at the moment and we are awaiting results from UK authorities. The applicant will be contacted as soon the decision has been made
And the documents are ready for collection

I just wan to know how long it's take more .....please
If anyone hade experience like me shear your information please

Just to let u know a lady was refused today, she is self employed and earned £19,000+ however as she is self employed they take the whole tax year into account so that would be 14/15 and she was refused because in that whole tax year she only deposited £7500+ and they said she did not meet the financial requirements, so this shows even if u r self employed u have to show £18,600 going into account yearly

So far those who have been refused recently seemed to have received a refund email for the healthcare surcharge, before receiving any other email/txt/call for collection.

So going by the somewhat recent trend, I'd say you will be granted the visa as you haven't received such email.

Sometimes they refund in your account and dont send the mail. I have heard of that happening too

Well that's a lie cause they don't automatically refund u have to fill in the form and send that and then it takes 28 days
