Hi,

I wonder if anyone can answer my question:

If your settlement application has been refused, and you decide to make a fresh application rather than appeal the decision, is there a period of time before you can reapply?

I would appreciate any information you may have about this..

Thank you

Hi

I'm new on this forum and have just submitted my wife's spouse visa last week.

It just says 'forwarded to islamabad oc' on the tracking system.
How long is it before they start looking at my file, and what is the average waiting time?

I saw on the UKBA website it says 1% of applications processed in 5 days, 2% in 10 days in Dec 2012 etc. How is this even possible when they are telling everyone to wait 6 months?

Im sorry if these questions have been asked before, could someone please advise! Im a worried husband :(

Thanks
