I applied for my husband's visa in Mirpur 07/01/2013
Currently under process at the BHC.

Inshallah it happens soon for all. A really effective dua for those who would like it is, obviously making intentions for Allah swt sake. All the best friends :-)

Karb or in

Well i was advised not to.. bcoz i cudnt prove employment of more than 4 months at the time of the decision.. its nt tht i didnt send 6 payslips.. it was coz i didnt have 6 at the time i applied. So i was told that if i appeal its gna get refused.. ive now got over 6 months so ive just applied agen :)

Under Process: 14.12.2012 at bhc... My work senario is same as yours,got 2 jobs, permanent employment with basic salary of 12,000 + commission ( but can only use the basic salary, advised by solicitor) used 6 payslips, p60 and letter of employment.. Second job 8000 but only started that April 2012.. So I used hmrc letter to prove I have registered that I am self employed, also used projective accounts via accountant...

Thank you for ur response do I need to fill part 4 of the appendix as I have to meet the 18600 financial requirement. Pls help need to know urgently as wanting to submit paperwork ASAP

There seems to be very very few ppl with rfc's lately.

how long do u have to enter the UK btw?
and did u get the employment check call at ur work place?

Think I have three months to enter the UK.

Don't think any employment check calls were made. However, my wife works for a fairly large organisation in the UK so maybe they didn't feel the need to so considering they had payslips, contract and a letter from her employer.

hi all
any 1 know what is the processing time for appeals once they have given you the deadline for islamabad visa section.
i made application on 06/07/12/islamabad
rfc 5/12/12
refused 7/12/12
appealed 28/12/12
payment date 22/01/13
deadline for visa section 20.06.13
i wana know whats the process after this wat happens and how long usually it take to get to a conclusion
