A photo was taken of your wife on the test day, but the centre failed to select the option to make that photo available to the UKVI on the UKVI Verification website.

The UKVI will therefore be unable to view her photo on their verification website (which is part of their process for verifying results and identity during visa applications).

We have a contingency procedure in place, where the UKVI can request a manual verification check and ask us to verify the results for them. We cannot guarantee that this will meet the requirements of the UKVI as they do stipulate that test day photos be uploaded to their verification website message i got from help desk for Cambridge English
Yes i got the same from them, thus is wat cambridge are saying n flogging us off this letter does not look suffienct im really worried
Me too I also had the same but I got another letter from where she took the test so I think inshallah we should all be okay

Hi,

So here is our story so far..

12.07.15 visa application sent to Sheffield
16.07.15 biometric and passport submitted Lahore
24.08.15 UK visa Sheffield contacted us to send a prepaid envelope to them.
25.08.15 sent envelope to Sheffield

My question is does anyone know how Sheffield UK visa people get in contact
with us to let us know if the visa is granted? Is it email? Or call? Or
just to pick up your passport??

Update: "..and found that the application has been referred to another
authority for enquiries or a final decision.."

Looks like they are moving forward. Wonder which authority and how long it will take?

2) TB test expiring in 22 october... is it will be valid if the entry clreance office decide the case after the 22-1-2015 application received to home office on 07-09-2015

Escalation responses take 5 working days
Did they ask you to send details to escalate or did you put forward a request for a escalation to take place?

Question 1 your test is valid and on the certificate it would state date of award normally and is good up until November 15
As you have applied your well within timeframe ... by this I was referring to the changeover of city and guild to IELTS

Question 2 the tb test only has to be valid application
Once applied then it doesn't matter if it expires whilst processing

Every cases is different
Some hear as quick as 7 weeks and some 12
With Sheffield though it's to hard to predict atm as it's fairly new changeover but would imagine within 10 weeks average

What to do is email again and specifically state you would like to escalate. .. bare in mind you may have to send them a request several times as they normally just send a genetic email

Put GWF number in the message body and not where it says GWF number as that is only for status update requests and you would defo get a generic response.

On a norm it's easier to escalate through phone but also costs an arm and a leg lol
