salam guys,

Not heard anything yet. Processed email last week. Today my 60 days are up. I'm not sure whether to escalate again or wait for an email...just want it over and done with now!

the feeling is mutual
they say 60 days but mostly some applications are done by 120 days
is you check PROCESSING TIMES OF VISA it will tell
you
and its only working days not weekends
in shaa ALLAH you will get good news

Zaki, our bio was same date and i really expected to hear today - i did email yesterday saying its been 2 weeks since we were told decison made and i heard nothing, got same auto generated reply, it can take some time, blah blah.

I guess i am running out of patience. have u had any refund of ihs, i guess no refund is good news but i dont want to get hopes up.

not had any docs back here in uk either though, some have got them back before passport whereas some have got them after.

I got exactly the same email on Thursday when I asked for an update and previous to that I got the same as u stating no updates for sum insane reason.....
I sent all the info which they asked for and this is the reply I got

Any updates from July applicants?? Mysterious + Zak khan in particular? ? Iv had nothing since the 13th when they told me the decision has been made. Last piece of contact was them returning my papers last Wednesday. ( I looked through them for any clues but nothing! Lol

update on 19th oct application has been processed after that nothing.

Online application: 04th August
Bio: 10th August
Documents sent: 20th August
1st Escalation: 06th October-in progress
2nd Escalation: 16th October- still in progress
3rd Escalation: 22nd October-no current updates
4th Escalation: 26th Ocotber-processed

Does anyone know how long does It take to get an official email?

Any of the processed applications received ihs refund in bank and had no official email or have not received their passport or documents back yet

This is a LONGGGG overdue update

My documents were returned in December 2014, as I mentioned here at the time. They said:

"..you have provided insufficient documentation to process this visa application."

So I didn't re-apply...

I sued them

And I won in July 2105 with compensation and full fees refund

Mrs visa was given 28/07/2015 for 33 months, with no limit on the travel date (BHC sent a letter clarifying this).

The WORST headache and worry of all time!! I never wish this on ANYONE

Just write "status update" in the question and choose option in the drop down to check the current status of the application.

Sul786, no refund, no official email yet just processed email upon Escalation.

I think I have to wait for at least couple of weeks before I get any official email.

Yasir thats great news. our timelines are one day apart, online mine was 23 and bio was 27th, still didnt get anything even though my bio was one day before u but lets see, theres hope!!!

I enquired about status of my visa from ukvi and got this email today.Please can some one explain what exactly that mean and how long it will be when fedex will contact me for passport.
