What happens if they lose your paper work?
Getting worried been waiting since may 5th I email them but they said its under process. Anyone from may had a response.

From what I've heard all the documents are scanned on day one so they don't lose them however if they do I'm sure they will tell us. If it did happen to me I will use my Lawyer to make sure I get visa and don't have to submit them again as its not my error.

I myself applied on 22/05 so like you still waiting.

What I dont get is why are people who summit there paper work in after mine are getting a response.

From what I've heard all the documents are scanned on day one so they don't lose them however if they do I'm sure they will tell us. If it did happen to me I will use my Lawyer to make sure I get visa and don't have to submit them again as its not my error.

I myself applied on 22/05 so like you still waiting.

Yeh there are a few July applicants who have got their passports back or an email from Bhc regarding their case

If you read the previous posts, last year many people waited really long. But then that was due to the Olympics... What excuse do they have now :'(
