Just read on anther forum.. Someone only earned 12,000 and had a 2500£ saving and his wife's visa got granted :-0

I'm so confused ... Do I reapply or just wait ? And wait for how long ?

I don't get this cat business but I applie as self employed and sent all statements showing my earnings plus accountant letter!
I feel to send my recent statements honest but I know they won't get accepted . Then I think I should show my mp them so he sees te proof and maybe forwards them to ukba so they see my earnings !

Personally i would have withdrawn ages ago by now. However due to some work issues i had alot of gaps in my employment so not 'continuous' .

so i have to wait until end of may now until i can re-apply with 6 month continuous payslips. i'm hoping by that time there will be sme news from the hearing. But either way 4'm kinda stuck n have to wait until end of may .

Wbu ?

You sure it wasn't £25k savings, instead of £2500.

It has been over 9 months now and no response! If they had told us it is on hold i would withdraw and reapply as i am earning well above the threshold! It's unbelievable that they could take this long without giving a response!

InshaAllah we will hear positive news soon.

Hi. Yeah I did. He said the 2 week gap didnt matter and that he would 'sort something out' the way he was advising me I didn't really have any confidence in what he was saying so I am going to see another solicitor mayb next week sometime.
But I dont feel the two week gap will be a problem to be honest, I may be wrong. I will let u know what the other solicitor says once I have been.

Even if that was the case they'd need more than £25k to fit the rules

£18,600 - £12,000 = £6,600
£6,600 x 2.5 = £16,500
£16,500 + £16,000 =£32,500

So even £25,000 would be way under

Asalamualaykum guys
I wanted to ask those who have had their visa accepted or under process how they show subsisting communication with their spouse. I use viber to contact my wife so should I just do hundreds of screenshots?
