MashAllah congratulations Nadizee. Can you share your process experience with everyone, i.e.; category used, submission date, date of visa issue, any problems you had during the process.

Spouse visa is for settlement application.

Contacting your MP - Find the local mp for your area. You can find this online.

http://findyourmp.parliament.uk Put your post code in there and the details for your local mp should come up. Then use those details to contact them. This could be e-mail, phone etc..

Hi all :-)

I have been following this forum for a while now. Just wanted to share my experience of the spouse visa application especially for HELLO786 - as I recently read that you are planning to reapply, but your wage slips and bank statements show a discrepancy. Our case has recently been put on hold due this as we also had this discrepancy within 3 of our wageslips and 3 months corresponding bank statement, although we did attach the letter from the employer explaining why this was but it still wasn't accepted. We were given 3 weeks to submit additional documents, for which we sent the letter from the employer and the HR department again explain it all but it still wasn't accepted. The ECO specifically mentioned in the letter that in order to meet the financial requirement you have to statisfy 3 points, one of which is exact salary amount as shown on the wageslip to be shown on the bank statment. I am sorry I din't want to put you off but I just wanted to share this with you as I really wouldn't want you to go through the whole-case-on-hold scenerio again. I wish you all the best of luck with your new application but please do keep this in mind and maybe consult a good solicitor before submitting your documents. InshaAllah you'll get it this time :-)
