ILR application on 21 May at Croydon PEO - IT issues

I had a PEO appointment on 21 May at Croydon PEO for 11.10 am and like many others at this forum did not have my application processed due to IT issues. I am still waiting to hear back from them about my application. I did request to them that I did not want my documents posted back as the previous time they sent my documents, my passport was not in the half opened envelope and it was eventually found on the floor in the Royal Mail delivery office.

After reading somebody's post about getting their documents back after going and checking at Croydon, I made a trip there myself 2 weeks after my appointment, just to see what information I can get and I was told my application has been sent to Liverpool. I explained all the circumstances about the previous fiasco with my passport and that I wanted them to give me a call to come and pick my docs up. They gave me another form to fill in and then told me to wait for the phone call.

I am really hating this waiting period and as I work in a school, the only time I can visit my family is in July during the summer holidays and I can't book any tickets yet as I have not received my passport or BRP back.
