Tax Returns

Post by mnmoin85 » Sun Jun 17, 2012 3:49 pm

I have a confusion about filing tax returns.
i got my tier 1 in may 2011 and my extension is in may 2013.
I completed my income through employment and self employment.
I have filed my correct tax return already.
I want to know if its mandatory to produce evidence that the due tax has been paid for extension of tier 1 general or is it something ukba will not be concerned about.

As long as you pay any taxes that you are liable to on or before any end date given by HMRC, you are okay.

That you must any tax due by "x" date because you will apply for extension on "x+1" date is a myth.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
