tier 1 extension age issue

Post by h222 » Sun Jun 17, 2012 5:02 pm

Hi All,

I have a Tier 1 extension due in 7th Sept, 2013. My date of birth is 29th Aug and 1982. I can apply before 1 month my visa expires. So If I apply before 29th Aug 2013 I will still be in 30 age and can claim maximum points 20 but If i apply after 29th aug then I will be 31 and can only apply 10 points.

I just want to confirm is the above correct or not?

Thanks

Thanks :)
I just have one more question.

I have applied for tier 1 in jan 2010 but my visa was refused then i did admin review and I got visa in sept 2010 for 3 years. My visa will expire in sept 2013. I have to apply for extension next year. I was wondering which rules will apply on my case when I will apply for extension. As there were so many changes we had in tier 1 visa since 2009.

Thanks
