I am thinking to apply for this visa next month and to qualify for the points is straight forward process but confusion is about business activity and showing business contracts. I mean on one side they are asking that you should register yourself as self employed person within last three month prior to application and then they ask you to provide evidence that you have done all sort of advertisements and got business contract within two or three months of starting the business or registering the company. They ask for 50000 pounds which need to be invested in your business in futures but i don't get that how can someone get business contracts and could do all advertisement needed for business in just one or two months?
let say you start business and register your company in June and apply for visa in July. I guess you would need to have some sort of magic to be able to establish business and get contracts on such short notice to satisfy the requirement of UKBA
