URGENT please advice regarding Indian passport

Dear All

I applied for a new passport but they refused my application saying that I should be providing them PR address in india. I never had PR address in india as i was living with my parents since 2005 and after that I came to the uk and now UK is my PR.

could you please tell me what shall I do.

The address that you wanted displayed in the your new passport - Is it the same that you have in your current passport?

If so, there is no requirement of documentary evidence.
If not, then you need to provide documentary evidence addressed to you at that address (this address can be anywhere in the world).

Many thanks for your reply. I have indian address on my passport. But when I sent the application form I gave them proof of my new UK address by supplying my UK License, V4 papers of car, Bank statement.
I have wrote them an email to ask for their help but no luck yet.

So what documents do yout hink I can send them again?
