TIER 1 -- BAN FOR 7 YEAR. How to remove it??

Hi Guyz
I have applied for Tier 1 in July 2010 from India. and got 7year ban.

I was on WHM visa in Uk and i show my 18000 pound earning from Uk where i was Assistant Manager in retail company. And I show rest of earning of INDIA. in India i had this earning . its genuine. and I had paid RS 24000 tax in India. I submitted proof of salary
For UK Uk bank statement and salary slips
For INDIA Salary slips and Income tax Document.

## In India my salary was not being credited in bank. it was given by cash. every month. and this earning was started to earn before my arrival in the UK and I was doing this Job by Email.

Immigration officer ban me 7yr saying tht My earning which is earned in India is not genuine .its made.

now im totally in depression since 2year. bcz i wanted to make my life in UK. i seen dream to settle in UK as my family's condition is poor.

HOW CAN I REMOVE THIS 7 YEAR BAN. ?? PLZ SUGGEST ME.

7 Years? That can't be correct as there is no scope to apply a ban for that period. The period are usually 1, 2, 5 or 10 years. Or is the case that you were banned for 10 years and have already spent 3 of those years? Can you give us the exact wording of the refusal notice?

You and perhaps a billion other souls. That, however, is insufficient reason for the UK to admit you.

I have applied on JULY 2010 . Refusal Notice words says that Future application will be automatically refused Till JULY 2017.

I suggest you post the full refusal notice.

As false representations have been made in relation to your application , it is refused under Paragraph 320(7a) of a Immigration rules. Any future applications will also be automatically refused, for the same reason , under paragraph 320(7B) of th UK Immigration Rules until 27/7/17.



## i have applied for Tier 1 on 14 JULY 2010 from Bombay.
They refused my Visa Under This 320 (a) so i made appeal but it tht also refused.

Then In October 2010 i again Applied for Tier 1 submitting more evidence tht i am not fraud. and in this application IMMIGRATION OFFICER CONSIDERED MY APPLICATION UNDER TIER 2 and gave me 20 Points for Certificate of Sponsorship. I was totally shocked that i applied for Tier 1 and They are giving me 20 points. FOR WHAT???
and in this application i made appeal also but they again refused my visa.

Now I am under 320 rules and ban for 7years.
WILL THEY AGAIN REFUSED MY VISA AFTER 7YEAR also???

The ban lasts 10 years so after that period you should expect the ban not to apply.

Ban is not for 10 years. It is for 7 years. After 7 years may i apply?

IF I APPLY AS A SPOUSE. My application will be refused or what??
i heared that AS A SPOUSE , ban does not apply to applicant.
