New Marriage visa rules and advice needed please

Hi I'm wondering if anyone knows any information on the new marriage visa rules.

Me and my partner who is a Canadian Citizen on a Youth Mobility Visa which expires in October are getting married on July 18th. What we thought would originally happen is that he would go home before his deadline in August and apply for a spouse visa and all would be fine.

I'll just heard though that new rules say one person must make over 18000pound a year in order to bring a spouse over to the UK. I'm now sick with worry as I am a full time student and do not make this much. Does this mean I would never be able to bring my husband over?

income of 18600 can be combined from both applicant and sponser.......and NOT necessarly to be just from sponser....
..get professional advice immediately....there may still be a way for u guys to appply before the 9th july......the cost will be worth it.......
