Tier 1 (General) dependant application

Hi,
I'm applying for Tier1(G) PBS dependent extension on 5th July. Can I use the old application form (04/2012) ?

In the UKBA website news it's given that,

"In line with paragraph 34(I) of the Immigration Rules, we will continue to accept applications made on the previous version of this form up to and including 5 July 2012."

Please help!

This should be OK. UKBA will accept this till 5th July. Just make sure that funds for dependents are 600 and not 533.

Incase you have not filled the 04/2012, better to use the 06/2012 one.
