ILR

Post by orbis2 » Tue Jun 26, 2012 10:53 am

Hi,

I heard about the new rules which will be implemented from July 2012. I am going to apply for ILR in August & my wife will fill FLR(M). she will complete 2 years in December 2012 & will apply for ILR.

Can she still apply for ILR after 2 years? Or this rule is changed after July 2012?

I am not sure about the new rules so can anyone confirm this?

Thanks,
