Well I like to share my timeline , and need some advice if possible, Applied eea2 on September 2014 , got refused may 2015 , reason not exercising treaty right , appealed in end of May 2015 , hearing date was early May 2016 , appealed allowed the same day , got determination from court end of May 2016 , it's almost a month haven't heard from home office , any idea how long more to wait and even brexit happend , will it effect my applications and what is maximum time they will take to issue RC or there is no maximum time , just wait and wait and wait for nothing , plz help and advice

The HO has up to 14 days to appeal the decision (28 days if the appeal is outside the country) if they don't appeal then they should provide you with your resident card within 90 days of receiving the tribunal's decision !
The ongoing brexit debates will unlikely affect your application!

You can try emailing : complains@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
But they take up to 20 working days to answer !
Or Call them over the phone : 03001232253
Or complain to your local MP

@yazz I think Alex has given enough information u can choose from in case you don't here from the HO after 12weeks/90 days.would u please let me know when u received your hearing date.its been 8months and I still haven't heard from the tribunal about my hearing date.thanx

Hi all. I will have my hearing on Monday. Can u tell me how it is happening? What questions they gonna ask? I was refused because there was not enough evidence that we have been together more than 2years with my partner. Since we appealed it is almost 2years already, so now it should not be a problem.

Do i need to send copy of ID card or passport of eea national?

Good morning forum members!!!I take it no news as of recent to update the forum.its my 9th month and still no news from the tribunal for a hearing date.Before it was 8-12months from the time of appeal lodged to finish and when I phoned a few days ago I was told that time scale don't exist any more coz of the number of cases they got to deal with,this is proper mental torture.i don't think the Immigration tribunals are independent as they suggest coz they are paid by the same gov that don't want to sort out our cases in a right time scale.Good luck to everyone waiting!!!!!!

@yazz thanks for the reply and that's good news about the refund so now you are guaranteed to get RC as HO won't be challenging the Ftt decision,its just a matter of time u will be sorted.good luck mate

COA: 15/10/2015
RC refusal: 04/02/2016 EEA new employment docs not sent to HO
Appeal Filed : 11/02/2016

Finally got my hearing date on October as well (appeal submitted since October 2014). Sent all updated doc to tribunal and Presenting Officers Unit. Fingers crossed !

A quick update :
My wife sent an email to : NWEUROCOARequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
In ordee to ask for a new COA letter since hers has expired afyer we appealed, and she received the following instant email reply :

Thank you for you e-mail requesting a duplicate Certificate of Application (CoA).

Please note this in-box is only for applications made under the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations.

Duplicate CoAs will be issued where either;

• your CoA has expired and your application is still outstanding
or
• your application has been refused but you are pursuing an appeal against that refusal decision.

If appropriate a duplicate CoA will be issued with a refreshed date, but, if the original CoA did not state that you have a right to work, the replacement will take the same approach

Duplicate CoAs will be sent by post within 3 working days of the receipt of your e-mail and you will not receive a further electronic notification other than this acknowledgement.

E-mails and other general enquiries will not be responded. Further information can be found on the website: http://www.gov.uk/uk-visas-immigration or by telephoning the customer contact centre on 0300 123 2241


And we did receive the letter 4 days afterwards!

You received your CoA in 4 days I have been waiting for over a week, and sent another email, but still nothing in the post, any tips or advice on what to do? I urgently need the CoA to get a place. Did not know about requesting for a duplicate CoA until I browsed this wonderful forum. I hope to hear from you.

Hey mana1 keep us update my hearing date is on 20 September, do you have any solicitor for your case? i am doing all by myself. just want to ask one question my wife needs an interpreter whose responsibility is to arrange interpreter.
