Urgent advice required please!

My wife is on PBS Dependent visa and i have ILR on the base of 10 years long residenc. My wife's current leave is expiring in Jan 2013.
1 Does she need to switch to FLRM as she is living with me since Feb 2009 ( as student dependent and now psw depnendent visa) ?

Does new family immigration changes coming in to affect on 9 July 2012 will apply on her ?

If she apply before 9 July 2012.
Then
She will get 2 years FLR(M). And you can apply immediate
For her ILR from SET(M). She don't need to wait to complete 2 years.
And after 9 July you have to show income level as well.

Else
If she apply after 9 July 2012
Then
She will get 5 years Flr(m)
And you have to show income level also as mentioned
In the new rules.

With the changes to 319E coming into effect on 09-Jul-12 (94-98), if the PBS dependant becomes eligible for settlement before expiry of current PBS leave, it seems there will be no need to switch to FLR(M).

Also read Appendix E, row 11.

So, wait until 09-Jul-12 when more details should be available.
