After becoming BC, Property holds outside UK

Hi,

Once become British citizen, Do I need to show my agriculture land and property which I hold, outside UK? or Do I have to pay any tax? Not sure How it works, can anyone please advise? or refer me through any links would be great help.

I think you should enquire from HMRC rather than asking quesitions in an immigration forum. A tax consultant would be able to tell you this stuff in simple terms.

Now do not regard this as definitive legal advice, but I can tell you what I found out when I enquired about the same things, and this is just the basic rule of thumb and not the full law.

Any income outside the UK will be taxable in UK if it is received in UK.

ie

If you have a business in pakistan, and you receive the profits in UK, then you have to pay tax in UK. If you never receive any money from your overseas income into UK, then its not taxable in UK>
