Post by roomanalisyed » Wed Jun 27, 2012 8:33 pm

Hello There,

I am going to apply for Tier 1 extension July first week, which is due to expire in Aug 2012.
I live with my family. Me, My wife and Daughter 1.5 yrs (born in UK).

I prefer to apply in Person (Premium) service. I am a contractor and have my own limited company. I am going to submit of last 12 months :
Main Applicant -
1. My Passport
2. Tier 1 Letter ( initially I got when first time I got Tier 1 approved )
3. Personal Bank statements ( Current + Saving a/c)
4. Limited Company Bank Statements
5. VAT Certificate
6. Company formation Letter
7. Invoices issued in last 12 months
8. Accountant Letter stating earning
9. Payslips ( they have very unprofessional format :( and Accountant not going to stamp it either so bit worried )
10. Dividend Vouchers + Declaration duly signed by myself as Director
11. Educaiton Certificate - will tick as already supplied with intial application so not going to give this time.
12. Last not the least - application form with Photos

Dependent Applicant:
1. Application Form + Photos
2. Passports ( Wife + daughter )
3. Marriage Certificate
4. Birth Certificate of Daughter
5. Wife's Bank statements of last 3 months

Please, guide me if I am missing anything or there should be anything additional to these.

Also I find difficult to find the appointment using the online portal. Any pointers how to obtain the appointment by booking online. Also it ask for CASE ID...what is that?

Please advice.

Appreciate any response in advance.

Thanks,
Syed

It all appears fine, but as per policy guideline document, it is better to get your payslips signed and stamped if not on company headed paper or is online generated.

Regarding getting a PEO appointment, try 42 days in advance of the date you require appointment and at midnight at 00:00 hrs sharp. The slots open up at midnight and are quickly grabbed.

The Case id is something that should ideally be mentioned in your approval letter, it isn't many times. It is not mandatory to be filled, if you don't know it you can leave that field blank.

Hi,

Mine is expiring on 13 Aug, and I am planning to send by post on 7 July as I couldn't get a Premium appointment.

Tier 1 form Field about Northern Ireland

Post by roomanalisyed » Mon Jul 02, 2012 7:30 pm

Hi,

In the form there is a check box which ask whether you ever lived in Northern Ireland.
My case is I have recently moved to Belfast to join an IT company here. I have cheked that Box as yes. But on successive page it asks for previoud addresses, now this Northern Ireland address is my current address and I do not have any previous addresses for Northern Ireland.

My question is - Shall I check yes and leave the successive pages blank or shall I fill in the details of current address but without To Date field filled in.
Or shall I do not check this box at all, which is a incorrect information.

Please advice, it's urgent.
