Got my ILR at PEO Solihull

Post by asifmal » Thu Jun 28, 2012 9:56 am

Hi All,
Yetsderay I got my ILR and it was pleasant experience.

I've applied under tier 1 catrgory with 2 dependant.

Challenge in my application-----Late road tax renewal which I declare but they didnt even bothered to ask any question.

All they care about the following things.

Earnings- If Employee Payslips, P45 or P60 and the corespondence bank stattment
- Working as director through limited compoany, Payslips, Divident vouchers and letter from accountant confirming your income

Life in the UK test

12 montsh bank statments

Passports and 2 photograph for each applocant

application] form

Cohabitation- letters covering 2 years

Staff was great, very friendly and curtious.

I was given a letter saying that i'm granted ILR however they mention they couldnt issue standard letter due to IT problems and they will post me tomorrow. Also I should be recieving Biometric cards within next 7 days.

I would like to thank everyone for sharing such a useful information and specially Zahid Ali, SMAM, Prem, and Link for thier support.

Also

Best of luck to everyone!
Asif

SMAM,
many thanks for your support during my application preparation. Qucik question, due to IT issues I didnt receive standard ILR grant letter and i was told they will send me that letter tomorrow. Since 27th June I'm still awaiting for the letter. Having said that they did issue me a letter stating that myself and my 2 dependad are granted ILR.

any thoughts?
