Hi everyone,
I need urgent help with my application for EEA4.
I'm bosnian married to a portugues citizen in my country in October 2006. I had a 6 months visa and then EEA2 for 5 years (expires september 2012).
Now my wife went to college for two years where she claimed JSA but we were also supported from here parents.
At the end of 2010 (after 4 years marriage) we started to argue really badly and dicided to get divorced. So i started procidings in Bosnia where we are now fully divorced. We are still married here in UK and Portugal as she still carries my surname. I have still the wedding certificates (bosnian and portuguese)
She has a son from privous relationship but he only knows me as dad so I still see them both very often. We are getting on really well and want to start again and are trying for a baby. Now my visa runs out VERY SOON (sept 12) so please give me some good advice please.
1) If apply for EEA4 can i say i'm still married and send marriage certificate? or apply as being married for over 3 years?
2) Can I send proof as self efficient p60&p45 from her parents for when she was studying?
I dont know what to do and i'm getting really stressed. She says she will do everything for me but i just think there isnt much she can do now

You have to be 100% honest when you send in your application.

Don't get stressed about it. I think you still can start everything from beginning. Applying FP and go to UK together with your little family and then change it to Residence card and then PR.

Can you not get a marriage certificate from your home country just to be sure?

I think the OP has asked the same question a number of times in other threads and not had a response that answers their questions.

You should try to help yourself first.
You need to establish if you are divorced or not. This is a fact or it is not.
