Does NHS care count as claim public fund? (14 years)

Post by pgmiot » Sun Jul 01, 2012 12:08 pm

hi, I am in a tricky situation, an over stayer, will qualify for ILR by the middle of August. Due to the current rule change, I will apply before 9th July.

My question is:

I have seen a consultant at a NHS hospital last year(but I paid for all the medicines.). Does seeing a consultant count as claiming public fund? (or are over stayers allowed to see a consultant in NHS?)
