Visiting visa for children of Tier 1 visa

Hi guys,

I am on HSMP now Tier 1 (General) and I will be due to apply for further leave to remain in April 2013. . Meanwhile, I have my family abroad and I am considering bring them in before the school resume in september. 2 of my children were born in the UK (last year) but taken abroad a montha after they were born and I am now considering getting visiting visa for them to come in to the UK again . Will this affect their right to apply for British citizenship when I am granted my ILR considering the fact that they were born in the UK?
