Elderly Dependant Visa in the light of new strict rules

Elderly Dependant Visa in the light of new strict rules

I'm a British national,living in the U.K with my wife, seeking advice on how to call my elderly parents to the U.K on the elderly dependant visa.currently they are in Pakistan.we are two brothers and four sister At the moment me and my brother and my 3 sisters are in uk .One of my sister is in in pakistan and married and is too busy with her own life.I have been sporting them for last 1 year and have got proof for that as well.My father is 67 and mother is 58 and they both have been in bad health and have got many issues as my dad is heart patient diabetes and my mum has got diabetes chlestrol and many other medical issues..please help me with this and give me advice that could prove helpful.I want to know how to call them to the U.K.will there be any problem regarding my sister staying in pakistan?.me and wife going to be a main sponsership and our total earning are 20000.00/year plus we have got 2 kids.can you please tell me is it enough to sponser them plus how many months bank statements and wageslip do we needs.another question i want to know if because of any reason application get refuse will i have right to appeal or not coz somebody told me you won't have a right of appeal and if they did get the visa for how long this visa will be valid according to new rules?As far as from 9 jully 2012 new rules are implementing as iam applying after these rules implementation i know it is really difficult and expensive application and please advise me is it worth to put this application on the basis of new rules is there any grounds for success?because if there are any ground for this application i will go a head otherwise i don't want to waste my time and money?

You are not going to get an answer here. Nothing in what you have stated would indicate that they are qualified for settlement (and that is because you have not given sufficient information). Your income is not relevant if they have their own income, relative to the average cost of living in that part of the world, and you merely embellish that with remittences from the UK, and are able to continue to do this. Furthermore, they appear to have routine conditions, common for people of that age, that are easily treated with medication.

You should seek proper and professional advice on their precise situation by giving a competent adviser their precise details; on which that person may make an informed comment.

Since you're insistant in getting an answer:

1) I don't think you'll earn enough.

2) I don't think their medical conditions are severe enough - they don't appear to require help with daily tasks like washing themselves.

3) I think your sister in Pak is a problem.
