Correct, all except the "original passport from your country of origin". God knows why they've put that on there. I mean, why would the Irish passport office need sight of an Irish citizen's foreign passport as a requisite to issuing an Irish passport to that Irish citizen? It makes no sense at all. Aside from that, practically speaking, it may not be possible to submit a foreign passport as passport of an Irish passport application - the applicant might not even possess a foreign passport.
So, I ignored that bizarre request and I received my Irish passport 5 working days after applying via Passport Express.
