Incorrect address on Ad hoc statements

hi everyone,

As per Barclays bank if one does not receive his/her statements due to incorrect address held on their system for a said period, the Ad hoc statements shall also bear the incorrect address as they would not be able to change it by back dating their system.

For instance if the statement were not received for the period of
feb 2010 to april 2010 due to incorrect address held at their end. You could request Ad hoc statements after the correction, but they would not bear the current changed address. Rather would print the same incorrect address held by them during that particular time period.

There's a supporting cover letter by Bank addressed to correct address....apologizing for the error at their end but no where mentions that they could not print the new address for the period when they held incorrect address. The system does not allow them to do so.

Would this cause a concern with UKBA? Or should they already know about such cases?
