I am getting confused here. Did you made a mistake on your change of circumstances form? If not then keep patience. They might charge you with your corrected details. I sent the change of circumstance form to Sheffield (with a reference number they've provided me) and I realised they may not have any way to charge me.

You application can still be processed so have faith. It would have came back by now if it was invalid. The time its taking says they are considering it. However, I received a letter from UKBA (Sheffield) with a reference number stating that they received my application and it would be passed to a case worker.
I don't understand why UKBA (Durham) didn't return my application as invalid as soon as the payment was declined by the bank. They sent it to Sheffield instead.
Then, I tried to fix it by sending UKBA (Sheffield) a change of circumstance form with the correct payment details. I haven't heard from them since then.
