Dear experts

I am applying Tier 1 (General) dependent visa(from UK itself) for my son who born in UK. He is 3 months old on Indian Passport

In the application form on Question L3 Page no 29:

L3. Reference number of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:

they are asking reference number :
Do i need to give number which is mentioned on top of visa or Do I need to mention Ref number which is mentioned in TIER 1 Approval letter from UKBA home office?



Do I need to provide any Police certificate for baby?

Reference number from the approval letter.

Not sure about the Police certificate.
