2 Proof of Earnings!!

Post by Rizahidam77 » Wed Jul 18, 2012 4:17 pm

Dear Board,

My cousin is seeking to have his second extention uner Tier 1 Gen in UK the initial one he had from overseas.

He is full time emplyed with 30K for which he has payslips and bank statement to show as two proof of earnings to verify. He lately establish that he require earning band of 35K.

However he is getting another pay, its cash in hand but fully taxed for which he has no bank evidence to privde as second piece of evidence.

Can he request his employer to pay the lump sum of around 5000 Pounds into his bank or to split this amount into 2 or 3 parts to bank till his extension due in early september?

Please suggest possibility to make his second earning usefull in order to complete 35K requirement.

Thanks
R Solungi

I can suggest two options:
* Ask the employer to transfer funds to the bank account.
* Get a letter from HMRC regarding the tax paid for this.

Apart from this you may require payslip(or a letter from the employer).

Seniors can suggest better.
