Tier 2 General - COS Allocation Form

Post by mansoorash » Tue Jul 24, 2012 5:39 pm

Hi,

I have some confusions about the form that must be populated in order to assign a certificate of sponsorship. I will highly appreciate if somebody can answer the following questions:

1- While assigning an unresticted COS (PSW to tier 2), what do we need to enter in the "Have you met the resident labour market test"?

2- And what does it mean by "Job on a client contract" (a question in the form)? My understanding is that this is for those people who are working as contractors and not employees.

Thank you

(1) No need for resident labour market test, as the applicant is switching from tier 1 post study work provisions

(2) No need to answer or just say NO
