Refrees MN1 Forum

Post by uk26 » Thu Jul 26, 2012 7:26 pm

Hi,
I am completing MN1 form for the child (2 years) who is born in the UK and parents now have ILR.

Section 5 ‘Referees and Identity’ asks one referee to be someone who has involved with child in professionals activity such as teacher, health visitor etc.

The issue is that since birth child has been looked after at home and has not attended nursery as well. However, has been to GP on 2 occasions and as usual have received immunisations from different health workers.
Given the fact that GP today has refused to act as a referee and there has been no involvement with other professionals, we are struggling to know how to proceed and whom now to request to complete one of the referee sections which require the referee to be someone who has involved in professional activity?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks
