Tier 2(g) Q - 2 jobs to make 20k requirement?

Hi All!

I am an American student currently here on the Tier 4. I have 2 questions:

1) Is there any exception to the 20k/year salary if the position is a graduate trainee scheme?

2) If not, is it possible to have 2 jobs with sponsors that would equal the 20k requirement?
