I would just note: UKBA will not have any direct access to the Romanian check on your marriage.

Did you provide a copy of your current residence card as part of the application?

Yes, I provided copies of my previous residency card (valid 1 year) and also the new one valid 5 years. They saw my home address on my id card, they saw my id card but consider i didn't give proof of relationship, like they don;t know this id card is issued after checking.

The funny part is that now my wife's yellow card is delayed. She had appointment to home office 3 weeks ago and no answer so far, they claim they do extra-checking. I don;t understand why this is happening, since I have this right to reside in UK and I went through a lot of checking since i got married.
