Hi,
I have applied for ILR at Croyden on 26th July in premium service.
I am contracting with my own limited company. My account (a renouned company) has advised me to have low basic salary so as to save on NI. Since my payslips were showing 0 NIC, case worker has asked me to send them a letter confirming my 0 NIC contribution, on checking she confirm that a letter from accountant will do.
My doubt is, even the payslips are from the accountant. Then why she will be fine with such letter.
Has anyone had this kind of experience?
