impact of personal loan from bank..

i am asking this question on behalf of my friend who is on psw visa status. he is willing to apply for entrepreneur visa. the question is,
can he add up personal loan granted by his bank to make his funds equal to 50k to qualify for the visa
or
would he need to arrange more funds equivalent to his personal loan? for instance, he has 40k + 10k(personal loan from bank)=50k
is it enough for visa requirements? thanks

hi , i do,nt think there would be problem but just for safe side open a saving account in same bank and transfer all funds £50K in saving and then show the funds in saving account. Good luck
