Booking:An error occurred displayed but email received

Post by user_name » Mon Aug 06, 2012 12:27 am

Hi,

While trying to book an appointment, I got the below error message on the website.
"
Sorry, an error has occurred while processing your request.
To continue with an online application or appointment booking, log in to your customer account.
Otherwise use the "Continue" button below to start again.
"
But I received the appointment confirmation via email.

I did login back again in the site to check if I can see an appointment booked under "My Transactions", but I don't see anything.

Is this safe enough to think that I got a valid appointment?

Thanks.

I have had the same thing today. I think its best to wait and see if the status in your account changes tomorrow. If not, may be call the 0870 number?

If anyone else has had such an experience, please post what you think.

It means your appointment is booked. Your account will never get updated. If you call the 0870 number they will confirm your appointment. I strongly suggest you do that.

Thank you longshift.

Tried to reach 08706067766 many times.
Nobody picked up the call on option1.
Dialing option4 is attended, but advised to dial option1.

Any advice to confirm the booking, please?

Thank you.

I got the confirmation. I managed to speak them after being on line for 30 minutes or so.

Thanks again.
