Where 2c reads:(f) Monthly personal bank statements corresponding to the same period as the wage slips at paragraph 2(c), showing that the salary has been paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly.
So I'd suggest your lawyer isn't keeping up with the rules.(c) Wage slips covering:
(i) a period of 6 months prior to the date of application if the applicant has been employed by their current employer for at least 6 months; or
(ii) A period of 12 months prior to the date of application if the applicant has been employed by their current employer for less than 6 months.
Most likely your solicitor is a pendu, and does not know the requirements of the new rules. If he doesn't know this basic requirement, I suggest you find another solicitor.sayma wrote:I have just spoken to my lawyer, He said 6 months pay slips and 3 months bank statements should be sufficient.
Soo confusing. :/
