We submitted a 14 pre action protocol notice to HO before JR proceedings . After a week HO sent a letter asking us to withdraw the PAP notice and requested us not to proceed with JR process. They mentioned in the letter that they will withdraw the old decision and will issue the new decision.

Fingers crossed , I dont know what decision they will give again

Thanks guys , I would like to suggest u all that please write a detail covering letter about your existing ICT visa/leave application put all your point in a good way and enclose it along with your application.

What i beleive that the case workers are not able to interpret the rules properly or i can say that they lack english skills ;-).

It is better to get the covering letter done from a solicitor or you can write it on your own
