PBS Tier 1 Dependant Visa Documents Checklist - from uk

Post by mramay » Thu Aug 09, 2012 12:13 pm

I will appreciate if anyone can validate the list of documents I have mentioned below and advise if anything lacks in there for my 7 months old daughter's Dependent Visa..
I am making her application from UK and she born here as well.

Documents provided by Dependent:

1. Dependent Application - PBS DePenDAnT APPlicATiOn FOrM - Fully Filled http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... ation1.pdf
.
2. Passport (Recently issued Passport from High Commission)
3. NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis)
4. Recent Photographs (1 week old)
5. UK Birth Certificate
6. Visa Fees

Documents provided by me as main applicant:

7. Sponsorship Letter (I don't know whether it required from me??)
8. Proof of Maintenance Funds: Last 12 Months Bank statements confirming the Maintenance Fund evidence requirement for last 12 months
9. Copy of both parents passport (data pages)
10. Resident permit card photocopies (both sides of both parents)
11. Proof of Employment: Employer letter (from his company's HR)
12. Pay slips (last 12 months)
13. Tax Certificate (latest April 2012)
14. Proof of Accommodation: Tenancy Agreement
15. Proof of Marriage Certificate with English Translation

I have confusion that should I supply photocopies of my passport and Resident Permit or the original. As we can't get appointment from premium service so have to apply by post. Any idea for processing time for baby visa??

Many Thanks

7. Sponsorship Letter (Good to submit this, but not a mandatory requirement)
8. Proof of Maintenance Funds: Only 3 months statements is needed not 12.

10. Resident permit card photocopies (bot sides of bot parents)

Many thanks for your reply "longshift" I really appreciate. I will not submit un-neccessary documents I understand the point that it will delay the process.

Many Thanks

I just get off phone after talking with an annoying lady voice of UKBA and been told that I have to send my original ICFN and passport for my newborn baby dependent visa.

I found it quite astonishing just to remind; I am applying for my newborn baby dependent visa, and I was thinking to submit the photocopies of my ICFN and passport or perhaps just certify them with notary public.
